Art Spin is a not-for-profit organization that gives you a chance to discover some of the exciting art studios, galleries and installations across the city – on a bike! (Art, culture, exercise and camaraderie all rolled into one? This is why we love Toronto.)

Gearing up for its new season, Art Spin is looking for proposals from individual artists and collectives working in a variety of art disciplines for in/FUTURE, its biggest project to date. From September 15-25, 2016, Ontario Place will be transformed through a large-scale celebration of contemporary art, music and culture from across the province. Set to feature over 60 of the most exciting contemporary artists and art organizations, in/FUTURE will be the first time that Ontario Place plays host to a combined art exhibition and music festival.

This ambitious project is looking for equally ambitious proposals from artists working in sculpture, installation, film & video, electronic & kinetic work, painting, drawing, photography, printmaking, performance art, dance and theatre and beyond. Submissions should speak to in/FUTURE’s curatorial theme, which you can read about here.

HOW TO SUBMIT:

Applicants must read the in/FUTURE submission guidelines and submit a completed in/FUTURE submission package. The full guidelines and application form can be found here.

The deadline to submit applications is Friday April 29th (11:59pm). Good luck!
