Toronto’s BIG on Bloor Festival (now in its tenth year) liberates Bloor Street (between Dufferin and Lansdowne) for a pedestrian-only celebration this weekend (July 22-23).

New additions this year include commissioned BIG Murals, BIG X (a showcase feat. innovative sculptures, performances and live painting installations), a Celebrate Here Mainstage (feat. performances by Toronto musicians), an outdoor art fair with 50 booths in the Dufferin and Bloor tennis courts, an ecology hub and more! There’ll be plenty for your kiddos too, with crafts, story-telling, face-painting, buskers and opportunities for creative minds at play.

This is a great opportunity to delight in the flavours of Bloordale: East African, South Asian, Somali, Caribbean, Japanese, Portuguese, Chinese, Mexican, Italian and Canadian. Look forward to extended patio licenses to maximize your lounge time!
