I’m a die-hard film user kind of photographer. I don’t own a digital camera (unless you count my iPhone) and I love all kinds: instant, disposable, regular 35mm, lomography, you name it, I’ll try it. I’m not a pro, but I’ve amassed some spots in Vancouver I like to hit up to try different things with my fascination with film, and a couple of photo blogs from Vancouver girls that will surely inspire.

London Drugs
I go here to grab regular film, stock up on Fujifilm Instax film, and develop my photographs. And buy nail polish. These guys haven’t failed me yet, and I get pretty good tips from the staff at their New Westminster location.
Various Locations in Vancouver

Beau Photo
This is where you can get the goods and get great expert advice. So far, this place is only place I’ve known to get Impossible film (film for Polaroid cameras). Check them out, they have an extensive catalog of goods to peruse.

Urban Outfitters
This is the place to check out anything really related to lomography. Great selection of cameras, and products from the Lomography Society.

Western Canada Photographic Historical Association
These guys meet on the first Tuesday of every month and also hold a buy and sell portion of the meeting. They also host an amazing spring and fall camera swap meet which is not to be missed.
