Billed as “a theatre festival for the youngest thespians and thespians-to-be,” the Fringe KidsFest will undoubtedly be a fun and wacky activity for your kiddos, and the lineup of programming looks fantastic.

From Toronto’s Galactic Rockstars The Space Chums, to Sharnoozle!, a musical that takes place within the pages of history book, to story time by Papa Say and a journey to exotic lands, there are eight different shows that all play to various age groups.

Beyond the theatrics, families can enjoy the KidsFest Club, going down on the lawn outside of George Ignatieff Theatre. Expect a bouncy castle, face painting, fun discovery from the ROM, play stations, storytelling by Toronto Public Library, workshops, and more!

Cost for shows is $5. The KidsFest Club is PWYC and is open July 5 (12:00 p.m. until the start of the day’s last show) and July 6-15 (10:30 a.m. until the start of the day’s last show). For full listing of shows, go here.
