Have bling dreams? Then why not sign up for Harbourfront’s Introductory Jewellery workshop this fall?
Beginning September 10th, students will get a great overview of a variety of jewellery-making techniques. By the end of the class, each student will have made a silver band ring, a silver cast piece of your choice (like a pair of cufflinks or some earrings), and a final project of your own imagining. This is a great way to create customized pieces, and get hand’s on experience with a safety net courtesy of experienced designer Heather Rathbun (seriously, no unsupervised soldering, newbies.)
The class is $350.30, and includes all your materials (copper and brass, silver is extra but apparently very affordable.) For more info, or to sign up, click here.
