Here’s a quick and easy DIY to help you use up old clothes you have around the house! Turn that T-shirt with a stain into a cute bracelet, then make one for your bestie—BOOM. Friendship bracelets.

You’ll need:

  • 2 old t-shirts
  • a tiny bit of glue (either was a glue gun or super glue)

How To:

  1. Cut 3 half inch strips from the bottom of t-shirt 1 and 2 strips from the bottom of t-shirt 2 (5 strips total)
  2. Place your strips down on a table with the two strips from t-shirt 2 on the outside, and the three strips from t-shirt 1 on the inside – place something heavy at the top to hold it down (I used a mug). Note – your middle strip will ALWAYS stay in the middle.
  3. Cross the outer 2 strips over top of each other to make an X – your 2 strips from t-shirt 1 should not be your outer strips and your third strip from t-shirt 1 should be underneath the X.
  4. Cross the outer 2 strips from t-shirt 1 over top of each other to make an X, and pull the middle strip through the X so that it lays on top.
