Curious about what humans will be eating in 50 years? 100 years? Come find out at Grow Op’s Alternative Food and Drink Show.

With the heightened risks associated with global warming, over-farming, GMOs, soil degradation, and erosion, the importance of finding sustainable food sources is becoming increasingly important. At the Alternative Food and Drink Show, guests can taste unique dishes made from alternative ingredients and learn from some of the GTA’s most explorative foodies and chefs, like KW Craft Cider, People’s Pint Brewing Collective, Third Millenium Farming, RISE Kombucha, Monforte Dairy, and more.

This unique dining and learning experience happens Thursday from 6-10 p.m. at the Gladstone Hotel Ballroom (1214 Queen St. W.). Tickets are $10 and can be purchased in advance online.
