Following their coveted Business Woman Award, Veuve Clicquot has announced a new award: The Veuve Clicquot New Generation Award.

The award celebrates the spirit of Madame Clicquot herself. A widow at 27, she took control of her husband’s business and was one of the first women to lead a company of men. Proud, stubborn and strong-willed, she always demanded “only one quality, the finest.”

The winner will receive a crystal La Grande Dame-shaped trophy, a case of Veuve Clicquot Vintage Rosé 2004, and a VIP visit with a guest to Hôtel du Marc, Veuve Clicquot’s Private Mansion in the heart of Reims. Our Winner will also receive a place on INSEAD’s Powering Growth Programme, directed by Jean-Claude Larréché.

Know a fearless, up-and-coming, entrepreneurial business woman between the ages of 25 – 35? Nominate them. The New Generation Award is for those who excel in entrepreneurship, innovation and corporate social responsibility. One candidate per category, from each province (BC, Alberta, Ontario and Quebec), will be selected and invited to a Veuve Clicquot event in Toronto, where the winner for each category will be announced.

Nominations open today.
