Valentine’s Day doesn’t have to be ooey gooey and sentimental. Why not switch it up and plan a night that’ll have you singing, dancing, and laughing at love’s expense.

Songbuster – An Improvised Musical Love Story is doing a three-night run at Comedy Bar from February 13th to 15th. With numerous sold-out performances at Toronto Fringe and Buddies in Bad Times Theatre, this is the perfect show for people who delight in love but also want to chuckle at its ridiculousness.

Fast-paced, witty and hilarious, Songbuster is an hour-long musical created from suggestions provided by the audience. You know what that means: each performance is wildly different as the cast of award-winning improvisers create a brand new musical full of romance, meet cute, unrequited love and stomach butterflies on the spot.

Songbuster – An Improvised Musical takes place February 13th, 14th and 15th at 8:00pm at Comedy Bar (945 Bloor St W).
Tickets are $20 and will be available at the door or at comedybar.ca.

BONUS! Stephanie Malek, producer/creator of Songbuster, will be taking over our IG tomorrow and showing off what a day in the life of an improv extraordinaire looks like. Tune in!
