I see way too many entrepreneurs take the approach of “build it and they will come,” but that is backwards in today’s day and age.
“I have done so many different jobs across so many industries. I think that experience has allowed me to really understand how businesses work, what my strengths are, and what I most enjoy doing.”
The best piece of advice I have ever received is to have a point of view, know who you are, understand why what you are doing will make a difference in the world and never give up, no matter how tough you find it out there.
“I would have to say the best advice I have ever been given is the advice I derive from myself. It is very easy to be a product of your environment, it is very difficult to be a product of yourself.”
“I am inspired by many things. Nature, music, fabrics and colours, but mostly by the women in my life.”
“Keep yourself physically and mentally healthy – this industry is cut throat, but the more you focus on your own health, the stronger you will be to deal with the ups and downs.”
