True Stories Told Live, Toronto’s biggest storytelling event, returns TOMORROW (Wednesday, August 15) at the Garrison.

Never been to True Stories Told Live? Here’s the deal: It’s a bunch of people having a drink in a back room in West Toronto, listening to other people telling true stories. Each storyteller is given the task of telling their personal story (without notes) in less than ten minutes and every story must be TRUE.

The evening will feature stories from Naiomi Perera, Shahrin Shawkat, Diwali Luharia and Matt McLaren. Plus there will be a story and a MAGIC TRICK from the amazing magician Scott Hammell!

Entry is FREE! Doors open at 6:45 p.m. and stories start at 7:30 p.m. (latecomers will be admitted very quietly). The show will finish around 10:00 p.m. Get all the info you need on the Facebook event page.
