This holistic health practice and apothecary hosts a DIY workshop the second Tuesday of each month at Karma Food Cooperative (739 Palmerston Blvd.). Coming up on January 10th, you can make your own essential oil-infused lotions for a suggested donation of $10.

For the Love of Body (263 Adelaide St. West)

Holistic nutritionist and yogi Kathrin Brunner hosts workshops geared to health and self-sufficiency – from kombucha-brewing to making skincare products. She’s offering a traditional cold process soap-making workshop (February 12, 1 – 4 PM, $55) and a DIY natural bodycare workshop (February 26, 1 – 4 PM, $60).
