Yasmin Fudakowska-Gow – yogi and founder of West Island wellness centre OM West – has embarked on a muscle-achingly crazy mission this summer: 108 sun salutations for 108 days. She’s doing it to bring the yoga community together, challenge herself and raise money for charity.
This Sunday, join Yasmin for a community yoga practice and raw potluck lunch at Loft Crudessence. All are levels welcome — do as many sun salutations as you’d like. Bring a yoga mat and a raw dish to share after practice. Suggested donation is $10-$20, with all funds going to the David Suzuki Foundation.
Space is limited to 30 participants, so reserve a spot by calling 514 271 0333.
Loft Crudessence – 5333 Casgrain, suite 801. (If the front doors are locked, go to back door 5334 de Gaspé.)
