Zoofest 2013 brings a satire-filled line-up to Montreal

This summer marks the fifth season of Zoofest, a unique annual event that brings a plethora of “mature” and hilarious acts to Montreal stages and venues.

From July 4 to 28, over 20 acts join the program at several locations in the downtown core. Comedy, music, burlesque, theatre, and more fill the schedule with bold, intelligent, and sarcastic content.

The festival will showcase a wide variety of performances, many of which are presented in participation with Just for Laughs. Highlights include Let’s Start a Country, Bad Ladies and the Detective, and Pretending Things Are A Cock. This exemplifies exactly why we love Zoofest—and by extension, the city of Montreal—we can get away with shit like this.

Tickets are all priced below $20, and can be purchased here. Check out Zoofest’s program for more details and a complete list of acts.
