The adorable Swedish songstress, whose first album, Youth Novels, is equal parts infectious and affecting, has spent the last few years quietly taking over the universe. When Li was 20, she complained to Bjorn (yes, that Bjorn, young folks) Yttling that everything in her life had gone wrong because she hadn’t yet recorded an album. Two years later, the album was making its way onto the radar and into the hearts of an international following. She’s playing at Sound Academy with Miike Snow and Katie Stelmanis. Tickets are $26.50
