We at She Does the City have a long-documented love of puppets. We also love the Internet and original, beautiful, quality content (duh, it’s kind of our thing). And until very recently, we thought we loved being adults. NOPE.

Couch Fort, a new, locally produced web series for kids has us papier-mache-ing a time machine to take us back to our distant youths. It’s puppet-saturated (check their tumblr for ADORABLE puppet pics) and features drop-ins from local songwriters, comedians, and more. Plus there is literally nothing better in the world than an actual couch fort, whether you’re five or twenty-five or don’t want to talk about it. Check out the trailer below and prepare 2B CHARMED:

If you know anyone lucky enough to be an actual kid, Couch Fort is currently looking for some young guests to interact with the world of the Fort and make some new friends, puppet and human. Spotlight-shy buds can get in on the action by sending in artwork and stories, too! WHERE is Dr. Emmett Brown when you need him??
