“The school spirit and traditions are unparalleled…”

Activities: Executive positions on: Queen’s Business Forum on the Fashion Industry (Jen McNeely from shedoesthecity.com is one of our speakers for our conference this coming October!), Commerce Executive of Orientation, Queen’s Model Parliament, Queen’s Sports Industry Conference, Exchange and Transfer Committee, “Boss” – orientation leader.

The best night out is: Thursday nights at Ale House are a constant in my schedule.

You have to eat at: Queen’s Pub – spicy buffalo chicken wraps are the absolute best.

If you need to study, head to: 2nd floor in Stauffer library (“Club Stauff” – you will find out soon why it’s called that), or the Harry Potter room in Douglas library.

My favourite class was: Intermediate Managerial Accounting – Professor Dimnick is awesome.

The best thing about my school is: The student culture. The school spirit and crazy amount of traditions are unparalleled. (Way better than Western).

Make sure you avoid: Cheeseburger soup at the caf… yes it exists. Rumour (and taste) has it that it is blended cheeseburgers left over from the day before.

If I could sum up my school in one sentence, it would be: Oilthigh na Banrighinn a’ Bhanrighinn gu bràth!

Any other hints? Costumes are essential, nothing is ever “too much” for themed social events.
