Over the last few years, we’ve found ourselves struggling with maintaining a balanced diet and eating well. Being busy is great, but unfortunately, the first thing to go is meal planning which often leaves us feeling sluggish and hangry. We finally decided to do something about it!

Last week we conducted a little experiment: we tucked away 8 Okanagan Energy Bars in a bunch of convenient spots that we always have access to (car, purses, work desk, laptop carrier, gym bag); It was on. By the end of the week, 7 of the 8 bars had been happily eaten. Why hadn’t we tried this before?

We’re often running around all over the place, and unable to eat proper meals or unable to eat AT ALL. Whether we’re hitting that 3pm sugar crash, need a meal, a snack, or fuel on those days we can actually get ourselves to a gym or yoga studio, nothing is better than pulling out an energy bar and feeling like a prepared adult human being.
