A new workshop aims to give you clarity on how to discuss your mental health challenges with your boss.

The conversation surrounding mental health has (thankfully) become more commonplace in the last few years. It has gotten easier for folks struggling with anxiety, depression, insecurities and various mental afflictions to share openly about their struggles in order to get the support they need.

Naturally, this openness should also extend to the workforce. At The Struggle Is Real: How to Talk to Your Boss about Your Mental Health, you’ll learn various ways to voice your mental health challenges to your managers.

The Struggle Is Real takes place on Sunday, July 28 at Grand Cru Deli. Presented by Shift and Not 9 to 5, this interactive workshop is the second of four mental health workshops designed for people working in the hospitality, food and beverage industry.
