On October 28/29, Toronto’s beloved chef Matty Matheson of Parts and Labour is teaming up with Miami-born, third generation Cuban chef Eileen Andrade to launch Bacardi Paladar, an authentically Cuban two-night pop up restaurant and rum bar in Toronto.
The pop-up promises to deliver a most authentic Cuban-inspired feast to Torontonians while evoking the sights, sounds and tastes of old world Havana! Matheson and Andrade are also putting special emphasis on the launch of Maestro – a new, double-aged white rum, hitting shelves soon!
