Join us Saturday, June 20th 8PM and Sunday, June 21st 4PM for 7 Monologues, a two-day festival within this year’s Luminato Festival.

7 Monologues features profound story-telling through movement, music, imagery and figures of speech and was developed with the promise to contrast the Festival’s larger spectacles (Contemporary Color and Apocalypsis). We are particularly excited to see Charlotte Rampling and French cellist Sonia Wieder-Atherton perform the works of Benjamin Britten and Sylvia Plath, as well as musician Christine Fellows in collaboration with visual artist Shary Boyle.

These shows can be seen individually or en masse over the weekend. Luminato is also offering outdoor food services, which means you have no excuse by to stay all day! Food can be pre-ordered on their website or purchased in-person.

We are giving away tickets for each monologue! Enter to win by tweeting, “Dear @Shedoesthecity, I’d love to attend one of the #7Monologues at @Luminato
