As motivated and independent ladies (and men), we are constantly on our feet. And if you’re anything like me, wearing heels and running around are major players in your long days. Our poor tootsies carry our weight and stress, and are overlooked when it comes to our daily beauty routine. So here’s an easy and wonderful foot treatment that will keep your feet dancing all day long!

1. Wash feet and toes.

2. Prepare a foot soak made with two cups of almond, coconut, or cow milk and two cups of warm water.

3. Soak tootsies for five to 10 minutes.

4. Prepare a yummy and foot friendly scrub using four tablespoons of sea salt in half a cup of coconut, almond, or olive oil.

5. Massage feet in a gentle and circular motion, paying special attention to the bottoms.

6. Use a pumice stone to scrape the bottoms and sides of your feet.

7. Rinse, dry, and moisturize.

For added overnight moisture, lather feet in coconut or olive oil. Then put on some bamboo or cotton socks and wake up with tender toes!
