Warning: hot spring art party coming up. Be sure to save some time this Saturday for a huge old Toronto haunted house being converted into one big art attack by 20+ up-and-coming, as well as fully established, Toronto artists. Happening this Saturday, May 8th from 6-10, come check out The House That Masons Built at 53 Prince Charles Drive. Definitely not downtown, in the heart of uptown, and not quite the burbs, but still just a quick subway and bus ride away.
Make up for the bus fare spent by trying their free home made wine (!!!) and food they are offering as a gift for going north of Bloor. Featuring installations, performances, photographs, paintings, and multi-media video works by Frances Allen, Julia Baird, Xenia Benivolski, Gwendolyn Bieniara, Lo Bil, Andrea Diodati and Allyson Mitchell, to name a few. Music provided by DJ Leave it to Weaver. Curated in part by Fiona Wright. See you there!
