ALL EMPHASIS ON THE EYES! Was the firm direction given to MAC makeup artists for Laura Siegel SS2013 show. But instead of a smouldering smoky eye, makeup artists created a red ethereal eye. Spooky.

They used MAC Pigment in Fuchsia and MAC Lash Mixing Medium to create a dramatic red-pink mascara. Following, they applied the same pigment dry around the lash line. Skin was to look natural and dewy, so they used the winning combination of MAC Face + Body Foundation with thin layer of MAC Studio Finish SPF 35 Concealer and MAC Prep+Prime Transparent Finishing Powder. No lipstick rather concealer on the lip with lip conditioner underneath. Brows were to be softly groomed to look natural and full.

Aveda stylists gave some models chunky full braids while others got teased to create a look that screamed, “I am a wild creature that just rose from an ancient marsh.”

Feral and slightly dangerous: Spring is all about unleashing your inner wetland creature with mythical powers. Oh come on, you can do it.
