I don’t know about you guys but when the weather gets hot and sticky, I don’t feel like eating anything heavy, let alone cooked. This is mainly because,
A. It makes me hotter and stickier (gross).
B. My body, when going through heat exhaustion, never digests, &
C. All I can think about is that itty-bitty bikini that I gotta rock at next weekend’s pool party.

Once that sun is shining, my body instantly craves juicy fruits and crunchy veggies. Luckily in MTL we have amazing farmers markets to make sure that those cravings are met! Here’s a list of MTL’s largest and most fabulous markets. Located around the city, this is the perfect place to hangout on a Sunday afternoon. Take a stroll, buy your food essentials while supporting local farmers, listen to some great live music and munch on other great goodies.
