VICE Magazine has a new website—or, as they put it, has finally got its shit together! After years of domain name conflicts and web technology stuff that basically dates back to the start of the internet itself, Viceland.com is now VICE.com thanks to a settlement with the previous url owner and a lawyer named Ari Goldberger who specializes in domain litigation. (We’re currently kicking ourselves for failing to predict the formidable future of the internet and buying up every domain name like VICE.com guy did.)

Besides the name change, the new website is a collection of everything readers and viewers have come to love about VICE magazine, Viceland.com and VBS.TV—all rolled into one convenient location. Their 2011-2012 programming will include new seasons of VICE News, The VICE Guide to Travel, Toxic, Epicly Later’d, Munchies and The Cute Show and more. New series will include Fashion Week Internationale, Picture Perfect, All the Wrong Places, Ecomagination and Upgrade.

For those in Montreal, VICE will be celebrating the launch of their new website at Club Soda (1225 Boul. Saint Laurent) this Thursday, September 22 from 10 pm onwards featuring JEFF The Brotherhood, The Spits, and Neil Hamburger. No RSVP is required.
