The Centre for Mindfulness Studies is a charitable social enterprise located in downtown Toronto. In response to the COVID-19 crisis, they are offering several free and PWYC online workshops. If you are feeling anxious (who isn’t) then meditation and mindfulness is a wonderful way to learn how to quiet your body and mind.

With life looking very different than it did one month ago, and looming uncertainty about what the future may be, it’s easy to get caught in a cycle of catastrophic thinking, imagining worst case scenarios. Once this thinking is triggered, it can activate our nervous system and affect our physical well-being.

Let their team of experts help you get still and centered. There are a few different options, but we are definitely drawn to the Managing Mindfully In an Uncertain World PWYC series that has been designed specifically for these turbulent times.

All the info is on the Centre for Mindfulness Studies website. Everyone is welcome, and we love The Centre’s message “to maintain our mental and emotional health, enhance our resilience and care for ourselves and all beings.”
