DYK 80% of fitness resolutions don’t make it past mid-February?

The odds aren’t exactly in your favour, unless you call a friend. An NBC News study showed 95% of those who started a health, fitness or weight-loss program with friends completed the program, compared to those who did it alone… so what better way to kick off those 2020 fitness goals than with a community-wide City Shred?

This enormous group-training experience will challenge you to push your limits, work as a team, and break a sweat, together. At this special indoor winter edition, you can take part in the (optional) 10-minute partner burpee challenge for a chance to win $2,000 in prizes. Then, warm up with exercises guided by Toronto’s top fitness trainers before experiencing a HIIT workout led by Toronto Argos Head Strength Coach Shea Pierre and 2X CFL Grey Cup Champion Chad Owens, and more top local trainers, capped-off with a cool down session.

Following the workout, you’ll have the opportunity to connect and refuel with wellness & fitness brands from local training studios, health food services, athletic apparel, mindfulness programs, and much more. The City Shed Toronto takes place on Sunday Feb. 16th at Lamport Stadium (1155 King St W). Grab your tix here.
