Kick off Black History Month with the most vibrant and rhythmic #FNLROM night: Afro Fête! Four-time Juno award winner Exco Levi will pay tribute to the founders of reggae music through a modern twist of poetry and sound. Plus, performances by Lucas DiPasquale, Ammoye, Matthew Romeo, Eyesus, Al-Beeno, Femi Lawson and Alexi Couto.

The featured exhibit is Art, Honour, and Ridicule: Asafo Flags from Southern Ghana; flags that depict narratives of pride, wisdom, and defiant messages to enemies – as well as being sacred objects that embody spirit and history. Food vendors include Gushi Foods, Come and Get it, Young Animal, Delight Bite, Mnandi Pies, King Catering, Patois, Parka, Bliss and Ice Volcano.

Please note: Early bird tickets for Afro Fête are sold out. Tickets will also be sold at the door starting at 7 pm, so get there early! More info here.
