Got a stressed or anxious kid? Give them the tools to manage difficult emotions and release stress at Mighty Minds, a new 6-week program at The Nurtured Tree.

At this fun and engaging class, kids will share, connect, create, stretch and breathe through art, movement, affirmations, storytelling and breathing techniques. With educator Krista Lee as their guide, they’ll learn to develop emotional well-being and positive habits, all while having fun!

“I have designed a program to help kids feel comfortable in their own skin,” says Lee. “Not all feelings are easy, but all feelings do matter, and in this space everyone has a voice! Here we learn that feelings come and feelings go, and calmness is a super power!” In this process, your child will become empowered to make healthy choices when faced with adversity, learn the power of regulating their own energy and how to calm themselves down when triggered.
