On Monday, January 27th, four incredible speakers will open up and share their personal stories of adventure, successes and what they learned along the way. And if you’ve ever been to a Spoken Lives event before, you know you’re in for a treat.

This month, you’ll hear from Helen Xenidis talk about becoming comfortable in her own skin in ‘Conquering My Fear of Public Nudity’. Then Eno Akan-Essien will talk about how while waiting for cornea implants, she learned what was really important in ‘2020 Vision’. This will be followed by Karen Hill’s recollection of her ‘mini satori’ and Dianne Graham’s recollections from being the first female firefighter in Toronto. The session will be capped off with a surprise ‘Dreams Come True’ segment; but you’ve gotta grab a ticket to see what it is!

The event will take place on Monday January 27th from 6-9 p.m. at Mustard Seed (791 Queen St E). Dinner is included and tickets will sell out, so grab them now.
