Women’s rights are under serious threats globally, and it is crucial we don’t rest on our laurels as Canadians. There is a troubling tide of intolerance sweeping the western world, and we are not immune. That’s why it’s important we come together in downtown Toronto for this International Women’s Day.

On March 11 at 11 a.m., meet at the Medical Sciences Building at U of T (1 King’s College Circle) for a Stop the Hate and Unite the Fight rally and march, led by UFCW Canada Local 1006A. Rally begins at 11 a.m. March starts at 1 p.m. It is time, now more than ever, to stand up for women’s rights as well as equality and fairness for all.
