Back for its second year, Festival Music House is easily one of our favourite TIFF parties thanks to its laid-back, let-your-hair-down vibe and, of course, the amazing lineup of Canadian musicians it showcases.

The three-day gala kicked-off at the Mod Club last night with performances by K’Naan, The Midway State, Hannah Georgas, Dinosaur Bones and Hooded Fang. Sam Roberts Band, The Sheepdogs, Lights, Ladies Of The Canyon and Whitehorse hit the stage tonight while Arkells, The Rural Alberta Advantage, Hey Rossetta!, Parlovr and The Darcy’s play tomorrow’s show.

The exclusive, invite-only event offers film industry tastemakers a chance to experience Canadian musical talent in an intimate setting. Festival Music House received hundreds of artist submissions from across Canada this year with a panel of industry leaders carefully selecting the final lineup.
