One of the most fun things about TIFF is the eclectic mix of celebrities that come together under one roof for a particular party or cause. Could we ever have imagined an evening with the Prince of Monaco and  The O.C.’s Marissa Cooper? No, never. We love it.

Wednesday September 9 marked the inaugural AMBI benefit gala in support of the Prince Albert II of Monaco Foundation at Toronto’s Four Seasons Hotel.

The evening was hosted by none other than the legendary Martin Short. (Even Diana Ross was there to give a special performance!) Other guests included honourary co-chair James Franco, Mischa Barton, Michael Madsen, Paul Sorvino, Danny Trejo, Lawrence Gowan, Lennox Lewis, and Linda Thorson.

AMBI Pictures was launched in 2013 by Italian producer Andrea Iervolino and businesswoman, producer and philanthropist Monika Bacardi to finance, produce and sell feature films for the worldwide market. The evening was a great success and our own Becca Lemire was in attendance to snap some pics of the classiness.
