What did you enjoy most about being on Canada’s Next Top Model? And what key learnings did you take away that you apply to your career most often?

Being on Canada’s Next Top Model has given me the opportunity to grow a tremendous amount. Although the show was extremely long hours on hardly any sleep, it pushes you on a personal level. I’ve grown as a person and am now able to do things that before the show I would shy away from – public speaking just to name one! Since the show touches on different aspects of the business I was able to use what I had learned and apply it when out modeling. Go-sees, photo shoots, and most of all confidence! I’m continually learning everyday and I’ve been blessed with an opportunity like this.

Describe your personal style using three adjectives:

My personal style is definitely fun, flirty, and tailored.

What’s one piece of your wardrobe you absolutely can’t live without?

Living without high heels is something that I would not be able to do. Heels make you stand taller and enhance legs and this is something that women want! The other two things I can’t live without are CoverGirl’s whipped foundation and my NuvaRing, which is a once a month contraceptive. Living a crazy life means making things easier, and part of my job is to be prepared to look and feel my best no matter where, or what time zone I’m in.

In terms of make-up – how does your day look differ from your night look?

My day look is very fresh-faced: foundation, mascara and blush. At night, punching it up with a smoky eye and possibly a darker lip (depending on what I’m wearing) always leaves me ready for a night out.

If you could go for a cocktail with your style icon, who would it be, what would you drink, and what would you (hope to) talk about?

Linda Evangelista and I would be sitting at a stylish bar in the city drinking Grey Goose martinis. We would talk about her career and all the crazy stories she has from being a supermodel. I would want to talk about fashion, the places she’s been and the people she’s had the opportunity to meet. I would want her to give me advice as well because she has been in the business for so long. I could see us ending the night laughing about an experience she’s had at a photo shoot or on the runway. It would be a riot!

If you could purchase an extravagant item in the quadruple digits, what would you buy?

If I could buy an extravagant item it would have to be a really nice Porsche. Nothing like riding in style to your next casting!
