Perrier L’Orange Gin Fizz
- Ice as needed
- 2 ounces of gin
- 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon uice
- 1/4 of an orange, cut into two wedges
- 1 tablespoon of simple syrup
- 1/4 cup of Perrier L’Orange
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the gin, lemon juice, orange wedges, and simple syrup. Cover, shake well, and strain into an ice-filled highball glass. Top with Perrier L’Orange and serve immediately.
