Why we like:  Like Heidi Montag’s pale yet perfect porcelain visage. Like Yelle’s strength in writing hauntingly memorable melodies en français, that we English folk have broken down by phonetic syllable rather than semantics. Like Cory Kennedy’s “it girl,” born-to-be iconic, every boy’s fantasy, always gets what she wants allure. Remember the phrase “nobody’s perfect”? All lies! If it was your Mom, Dad or parental guardian who preached this appeasing morale – they were simply attempting to germinate a bud of self-confidence. Set yourself free you poor, underprivileged, less-than-perfect wannabe – you can still thrive with jealousy…I’m living proof. There are many of us out there – and I’m not afraid to admit that I’m lacking where others surely are not. Take Tim Noakes for instance – a more-than-brilliant journalist who has set the standard for up n’ comers in the industry. One can only hope to achieve as much.
