You’ve logged some time on this planet: time to be born, grow up, fall in love, break your heart, lose someone close and find something big – and you’re probably only part-way through your life. There’s no time like the present to get started on your memoirs, before those memories become too distant and hazy.

The Toronto Public Library (Weston Branch – 2 King St.) is offering a FREE six-week storytelling, memoirs, journaling and poetry course. STARTING TODAY, the course will guide you as you tell your own story. Call on your senses and emotions to express yourself in poetry and prose. And finally, use your creative writing to write a memoir (autobiography). It’s creative expression AND the cheapest therapy you’ll find on the planet.
