Tiffany Glass, now on at the MMFA, is a kaleidoscopic delight for the eyes. A stunning display of 180 pieces – including lamps, vases, mosaics, paintings and jewelry – testifies to master glassmaker Louis C. Tiffany’s incredible contribution to glass design and technology. Also featured are original drawings and period photographs from Tiffany studios.

The exhibition was inspired by the MMFA’s recent acquisition of eighteen Tiffany stained glass windows from the Erskine and American Church, which the museum bought and is currently renovating.  These exquisite stained glass windows– now part of the museum’s permanent collection – are being presented at eye level for the first time. A must see.

Show runs until May 2nd.
