The best night out is: Sneaky Dee’s on a Saturday night for Shake a Tail. Nothing sweatier, but nothing sweeter.

You have to eat at: I’m renowned for being the biggest proponent of Big Fat Burrito after a long night of dancing. Or Konichiwa on Baldwin for really good Japanese. But if we want to be healthy and organic, the muffins at Urban Herbivore in Kensington are out of this world.

If you need to study head to: snobby coffee. Toronto is the perfect place to be a coffee snob. Personal favourites include Sublime in Kensington and Sam James on Harbord. There’s also Diabolos student run cafe in UC that has super cheap, really great coffee.

My favourite class was: Neuroanatomy because we got to dissect human brains

The best thing about my school is: the city it’s in. Yes, there are amazing professors and so many courses, but there is something special to be said for having so many things to do at night/on the weekends. Also Vive is pretty great.

Make sure you avoid: super long lines i.e. The Bookstore during the first week of school, Second Cup in Sid Smith between classes, registrar’s office right after lunch break

My favourite memory so far has been: Back in residence, my friends and I would gather in one of our rooms every Friday for French Press Fridays. We would fill up a Bodum, lay around in our pajamas, and discuss our lives.

If I could sum up my school in one sentence it would be:  U of T is the ideal place to be a student, it can offer everything: city, education, friends!
