If you are a woman made of steel (or you suspect you are), sign up for Concrete Rush 2017 to benefit Special Olympics Canada this year.

On April 28/29, tackle this punishing course, which includes over fifteen challenging obstacles at Nathan Phillips Square. It features a “construction zone” (lug wreck bags over a 4 ft wall), a 14-ft net, SkyLine, rope climb and quarter pipe.

Proceeds raised will go to Special Olympics Canada, which provides thousands of children, youth and adults with enriching and rewarding experiences through programs like Healthy Athletes, Active Start and FUNdamentals. Your donations will directly improve and expand the quality of those programs and increase the level of opportunity and accessibility to sport for individuals with an intellectual disability.
