Are your kids getting antsy now that the weather is colder? Get outside and connect with the natural world at the Humber Arboretum. If your family lives in Ward 1 or 2, you’re invited to join the Humber Arboretum’s nature interpreters and explore local plants and animals with a variety of fun, FREE, hands-on activities.

Every second Saturday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. throughout the winter, Humber Arboretum (behind Humber College North Campus, 205 Humber College Blvd.) hosts a Community Nature Connection Workshop for all ages. These workshops are free to attend and include a healthy snack AND a shuttle bus ride from Rexdale Community Hub (21 Panorama Court).

The next one runs Saturday, October 28. Email beverly@albionservices.ca to register. Get all the deets here.
