With Pride now lasting the entire month of June, it’s more of a marathon than a sprint. And for that, you’ll need to get your bod in order. Here are some of our fave ways to keep you going All. Month. Long.

  1. Get the stank outPiperWai Natural Deodorant is a natural charcoal creme deodorant that actually works (trust me). It’s vegan, cruelty-free, stain-free and it won’t make you smell like a patchouli-laden hippie. It’s kind of a miracle. It will withstand all the circuit party you can throw at it.
  2. Get off: Adam and Eve Couple’s Enhancer Ring: Sometimes you just want to add a little somethin’ somethin’ to your boning – ain’t no shame in it! This thing is relatively cheap ($29.95) and its attached waterproof vibrator will get you off in no time at all so you can get back to the party!
  3. Get Hydrated: Infuse Cafe (354 Yonge & 1000 Gerrard) are the only cafes in Canada that use state-of-the-art BKON machines to make their teas. These machines use a special vacuum to extract maximum flavour from each tea, which produces the best goddamn iced tea I’ve ever had. Try their Fruit Sensation, which blends strawberries, apples, hibiscus, marigold flowers, rose hips and lemongrass. It’s like a refreshing fruit punch but tea style.
  4. Get Buff: LokaTrain is a new location-based fitness app that helps you discover fitness professionals and trainers in your area, connect with the ones you like, and schedule/join training sessions. If you’re feeling flabby after a long Netflix winter and want to get your bod parade-ready, try it out.
  5. Cool Off: In the heart of the Village at 557 Church Street, Elmspa (boutique sister spa to Elmwood Spa) is offering some refreshing spa specials for $125 each. Try a 110-minute Guinot foundation facial + Elmspa pedicure, an 80-minute Aromatherapy massage or an 80-minute Elmline sugar polish + mud wrap. Or try a Splash of Summer package at Elmwood Spa (18 Elm St.) and take advantage of their complimentary Water Therapies (swimming pool, whirlpool and steam rooms) so you can take a nice refreshing plunge after all that Pride fun!
