1,500 well dressed guests made their way to The Royal Ontario Museum on a glorious Sunday evening and were greeted with both a chamber orchestra and a flute of bubbly. With white tents lining the stretch of University Avenue from Bloor Street to Queen’s orocchiette, Toronto Taste was a truly elegant affair.

In its 23rd year, this culinary event has become the hottest ticket for those with an appreciation for good food. Scarpetta, Le Select Bistro, Woodlot, Buca, Splendido, Mildred’s Temple Kitchen, Union, Cafe Belong, Enoteca Sociale: All the chefs from our favourite restaurants were in attendance to show off their seasonal offerings and help raise money for Second Harvest. Elegant, delicious and full of positive vibes: Toronto Taste is a divine event that truly gives back to the community in a most remarkable and memorable way.

It was the tastiest Sunday night we’ve ever experienced! Biking home, one could only conclude that Toronto tastes damn fine.

Take a look at our pics and drool. Be sure to mark this on your calendar for next year!
