Leyla Emory was in Boston getting a journalism degree when the Red Sox won the World Series. Afterwards, she did travel writing for a year, but kept getting home sick. Home is, and always has been, Toronto. She’s completing a Creative Writing program at U of T, and recently published her first children’s book. When she’s not eating, sleeping, on her computer, or doing other stuff, she’s working out. It keeps her fit, but more importantly, sane. She’ll review what the city has to offer when it comes to flexing its muscles.
