Reset after a hectic week, or gear up for the next one, with a clear and relaxed mind, body and soul. Head to MuseMovement (180 Shaw St, Unit 204) every Sunday from October 14 to November 18 for the Body Aware Series.

Each Body Aware class is forty-five minutes long and will explore a different theme of meditation paired with bodywork and breath. Themes will include body scan meditation, meditation for everyday activities, walking meditation, meditation on positive thinking, meditation on quieting the inner critic, and meditation for loving kindness and seeing the good within. The movement portion of the class is designed to be compassionate and mindful.

The Body Aware Series welcomes beginners and those already familiar with the practice of meditation.
