Taste of TO touches down this weekend, and we have found the holy grail of desserts: El Caballito‘s Churro Nest. Based on the nest of Los Colibris (The Hummingbirds), it is not currently on the menu but will be debuted for the first time at Taste of TO. The churro is topped with Dulce de leche or vanilla ice cream, chocolate sauce and cocada (coconut macaroon). Share it with your lover(s), or better yet, keep it to yourself.

This is Taste of TO’s third year running. From June 23 to 26, Garrison Common at Fort York will be transformed into a foodie wonderland for four days of summer eating, drinking and entertainment.
