Jamie Drummond (from Good Food Revolutionand Chef Fan Zhang have teamed up for a pinot pairing that will undoubtedly make February taste better. Join them, and a table full of interesting wine enthusiasts, for a delicious dinner and wine pairing at Mr. Flamingo next Tuesday.

Although the Pinot’s will remain a mystery, we have no problem teasing you with the menu:
Scallop Crudo – Granny Smith Apple, Sea Urchin Granita
Served with a mystery Pinot Noir

Foie Gras Torchon – Persimmon, Brioche
Served with a mystery Pinot Noir

Sweetbread & Wild Mushroom Pappardelle
Served with a mystery Pinot Noir

Smoked Lamb Ribs – Celery Root Slaw
Served with a mystery Pinot Noir

Riopelle Cheese – Blackberry Compote
Served with a mystery Pinot Noir
