On Monday May 4, Cineplex’s Front Row Centre Events Series, Music at the Movies, kicks off with Kurt Cobain: Montage of Heck, the much-anticipated documentary. The film takes you on an experience through the unique life  and mind of Kurt Cobain and invites you to share in some of his most intimate archives of music, art, written word and never-before-seen home movies in Aberdeen, WA. The film also features interviews with some of Cobain’s family and closest friends about their experiences during the height of his music career.

Kurt Cobain: Montage of Heck is an honest and intimate look at the Nirvana frontman and his legendary struggle with fame.

Music at the Movies brings all music-themed documentaries, concerts, and live events to the big screen. The series will celebrate respected musicians of past and present, as well as notable milestones throughout music history.

Alan Cross, renowned music critic, delivers a pre-recorded introduction to Kurt Cobain: Montage of Heck – and provides his insights on select programs in the Music at the Movies series.
