They’ll provide you with prenatal exercises, labour tips, optimal pushing practices AND postnatal recovery tips. March 21st. 

Doula Information Night: Thinking of hiring a doula but still not quite sure it’s for you? At this information sesh you will learn what birth and postpartum doulas do, when to hire a doula, how doulas work in hospital births vs. home births, what typical doula fees are, and more. March 2oth.

Infant Massage: Massaging helps to aid in babies’ digestion, improve circulation and promote sleep (hallelujah). Learn how to do it safely and easily in this workshop led by RMTs who are also Infant Massage Specialists. March 2oth. 

Infant CPR & Family Safety Workshop: Would you know what to do if your baby stopped breathing and went blue at home? This workshop teaches you what to do if the unthinkable happens. This 2.5 hour course focuses on accident prevention, basic family first aid, as well as infant & child CPR & relief of choking. March 18th.
